Why I'm building QueuedUp
A staging tool for indie founders who'd rather not get banned, broke, or burnt out copy-pasting on Saturday morning.
I ship a lot of things. Most don’t work. A few do. The ones that do still need to be talked about — and that’s where every solo founder I know hits the same wall.
You can pay Buffer $40/month per workspace. Across five products, that’s $200 a month for the privilege of telling X that you ship things. Hootsuite is worse. Later is per-platform. None of them are designed for someone running a portfolio of small bets.
Or you can use the platform APIs directly. Except X cut its free tier, Instagram won’t talk to you unless you’re enterprise, and Threads is locked down. Bluesky is the rare adult in the room.
Or you can hand-paste every post into nine browser tabs on Saturday morning. I’ve done this. It’s the worst Saturday morning.
The fourth option
QueuedUp is built around the realization that you don’t actually need automated posting. You need automated staging.
Plan everything in advance — week grid, multi-platform, organized by campaign. When the post date arrives, tap one button. The text is on your clipboard. The media is in your camera roll. You open X, paste, attach, hit post. Twenty seconds.
The platform sees a human, posting normally. Because that’s exactly what’s happening.
What this means for you
- No API keys. Ever. For anything.
- No ban risk. You’re posting manually.
- No per-product pricing. One account, every project you ship, organized into campaigns.
- Mobile, web, and Claude Desktop. Plan from your laptop, launch from your phone, or have Claude draft posts directly into your queue via MCP.
What’s next
The waitlist is open. First 100 founder spots get a price that won’t be offered again. I’ll write more about the build as it ships — what I picked, what I cut, what surprised me.
If you’ve been hand-pasting on Saturday mornings, you already know if this is for you.
